Imagine a tree, its the only tree on the ground far as you can see. All the birds are on it. They are signing. One of them takes a shit and it lands on your face. The kids are playing on the playground. Cricket on a lazy sunday afternoon. Suddenly there is a slight breeze, it becomes stronger, it becomes a gale, there is mud in your eye, you have no fucking clue as to why a tree on the ground turned into a gale then the hail starts to fall, your head is hurting from those pearls of frozen water hitting you. You find a shelter, you enter it, its all white. You cut your finger on a rusty chair, your hand bleeds until you can't stand. Your face is wiped with a wet cloth. You wake up, you have only one hand. You find a metal arm and fix it on ya. The metal arm gives you these super powers and you manage to crack through this white wall, which is the softest thing you have ever touched. There is a pink light. You step out, there is the same ground, the same game of cricket, the birds that might shit on you again.

Pif's first avatar is happening this weekend in chennai i.e. the 22nd and 23rd.

You're invited because essentially you are a Pif type person, engaging in Pif-like activities.

No, really. You are.

Resistance is Futile.

It would mean the world to Pif, personally, if you could make it to the shows (both show days have different material-- and all original, I might add: whether music, spoken word or theatrical sketches-- and there are two shows a day, @ 3pm and 7pm). Tickets are available at venue @ Rs. 50 (student i.d) and Rs. 100, as is our merchandise (Pif T shirts, a great gift at any time of the year!) and a pif journal.

And.. if you can't make it to the shows, for reasons of health or present geographical location, please be kind enough and Pif enough to spread the virus and the word by sending this email and poster on to your friends, enemies and accomplices in and around Chennai.
